Hi and welcome to my blog.
I am a Londoner (UK) and my parents are Spanish. I am married to Liz and we have two lovely daughters.
My interests include football, films, cycling, cooking and music. I love cooking and prepare meals a lot of the time as I work from home. It’s a great way to unwind in the evening after a hard day’s work although my day doesn’t always end at this point! I don’t cycle as often as I used to but I’m threatening to do a charity bicycle ride in 2013 so watch this space…

I did business studies at school and then embarked on a career in market research. I worked for a few research agencies and in the latter part of my career, I worked for a few creative agencies. This included two global agencies and I headed the research department at one of them.
Around two years ago I decided to become a social media consultant as a result of a strong interest and working on projects on this area. I really love and enjoy what I do. It’s a challenge to work on new sectors and, to help clients understand and use social media more effectively. I work in the b2c/b2b sectors and I’m confident I can take on any challenge.
